Brackets are cumulative: the first 24 mailboxes stay at 4.99 € whatever the total. One hundred mailboxes cost 348 €, not 99 €. A single global rate would have divided the bill by three between the hundredth and the hundred-and-first mailbox, and paid you to declare empty mailboxes.
No tiers of features, no add-ons. Everything below applies from the first mailbox.

Storage, the second line
Each mailbox opens 100 GB, and those allowances are pooled across the account. You are billed only on what the whole account holds beyond the pool.
Twelve mailboxes, one of them holding 120 GB. The pool is 1 200 GB, so nothing is over. The invoice reads 59.88 € a month, and no storage line at all.
- Usage is read once an hour.
- You are billed on the average of the hourly overages, not on the peak. One heavy afternoon does not set the month’s price.
- A started block of 100 GB is due in full.
- Decimal units end to end: 1 TB is 1000 GB.
Reselling to your clients?
Mailboxes are counted across every client you manage, so the degressive brackets apply to your whole book, not one contract at a time. Invoicing in your own name, isolated backups per tenant.
