Storage

Each mailbox includes 100 GB, and these allowances are shared across the account. You only pay for what the whole account uses beyond that total.

Worked example

Twelve mailboxes, one of which holds 120 GB. The account includes 1 200 GB, so there is no overage. The invoice is 59.88 € a month, with no storage line.

How we measure it

Usage is read once an hour.
You are billed on the average hourly overage, not the peak, so one busy afternoon does not set the price for the month.
A started block of 100 GB is due in full.
Decimal units throughout: 1 TB is 1000 GB.

Reselling to your clients?

Mailboxes are counted across all the clients you manage, so the volume brackets apply to all of them together, not client by client. Each client’s backups stay separate.
