Billing and invoices
You pay a subscription per mailbox, which gets cheaper as you add mailboxes, and storage only beyond what the account includes. There are no options and no setup fee.
The brackets
The subscription is per mailbox and decreases by cumulative brackets, counted across the whole account. The first twenty-four mailboxes are billed at the first bracket price, the next ones at lower prices. A hundred mailboxes cost 348 € excl. VAT per month.
We use cumulative brackets because a single rate applied to the whole account would make the invoice drop sharply between one hundred and one hundred and one mailboxes. That would reward opening empty mailboxes and penalise customers just below a threshold.

Storage
Each mailbox adds 100 GB to a storage allowance pooled across the account. Twelve mailboxes share 1 200 GB: eleven small mailboxes and one 400 GB archive cost nothing extra.
Above the pool, each started block of 100 GB is billed 1.99 €. There is no quota per organisation. The pool belongs to the account, so across your clients, the large mailboxes are offset by the small ones.
How storage is measured
Usage is measured every hour for each mailbox. Storage is billed on the average of the hourly overages, not on the peak. If you go over the pool for two days in a month, you pay for those two days only.
The invoice and the billing screen use the same hourly readings, so they always show the same figures.
Reading the billing screen
The screen shows one line per mailbox with its space used, its durability and its subscription, then storage, then the total. Storage has its own line because the pool belongs to the account: the overage is calculated for the whole account and cannot be split between mailboxes.
A breakdown by organisation shows how much of the pool each organisation uses. You can use it if you rebill your clients.
Invoices and VAT
Invoices are issued every month and are available in the console. The VAT regime depends on your billing details: French VAT in France, reverse charge for a company in the European Union with a valid intra-Community VAT number, and out of scope elsewhere.
The intra-Community number is checked against the European register. Until it is confirmed, French VAT applies.
